you guys brew beer?

MOONLIGHT STARTED BREWING BEER ON-SITE IN 2011

The Brewery at Moonlight Pizza & Brewpub is a 7 barrel brewing system. We typically have 9 beers on tap, ranging anywhere from classic English styles and German lagers to hop-bomb American pales. It really comes down to what our brewers feel like drinking that month. Check out the beer list here.

Small? All of our batches are small batches in the big scheme of things, but we also have a "small batch" project which involves one keg batches at a time. These are highly experimental and seem to sell a keg dry in a day or two. Some of the past small batches for example: Thai Chili Stout, Mango IPA, Barrel-Aged Wee Heavy, Dry Hopped Maibock, Cinnamon Raisin Stout, Blueberry Cream Ale, Coffee Porter, and the list goes on.

Growlers, Squealers, and Cans. Oh my. Bring in your own refillable beer vessel of your liking or we can supply one for you. It keeps the beer fresh and you can use it again, one less piece to go to the landfill. If you want something that will stay fresh longer or need something non-glass to take on your outdoor adventure, we now offer 32oz cans. We fill the cans every few days with all the beers we have on tap.

No Farms, No Food. We try to waste as little as possible around here. Just like the other local breweries, all of our used brewing grains(primarily barley) are fed to local livestock. Same goes for our kitchen waste. Veggie scraps and occasionally extra dough are shipped off to feed a small chicken farm.

BEER DOESN'T GROW ON TREES, BUT WE HAVE ENOUGH FOR YOU TO BRING SOME HOME
