LIGHT BEERS
MOONLITE CREAM ALE 4.5%
The first beer we ever brewed! A historic Ale Version of the American Style Lager is light, crisp, and EXTREMELY DRINKABLE.
SKINNY DIPPER MEXICAN LAGER 5%
Born from our staff excursions where the beach meets the ocean, this light lager beats the heat. Crisp, refreshing, served with a lime. Brewed with a hint of corn.
BOHEMIAN PILSNER 5%
Bohemian style Pilsner. Easy drinking Lager, pleasantly hopped with traditional Czech Saaz hops(spicy, herbal hops). More hop flavor than our other light lagers.
STARGAZER HARD SELTZER 5%
Brewed with water, cane sugar, yeast, and a variety of fruits seasonally. Past selections have been Pomegranate and Blueberry.
PEACH WHEAT 4.5%
A crisp and bready easy drinking wheat beer paired with fresh peach, coriander, and orange peel.
SALIDA WHEAT 4.5%
A crisp and hazy unfiltered beer that was brewed with wheat malt, orange peel, and coriander.
BLUEBERRY GOSE 4.1%
Light German Wheat sour ale brewed with blueberry, coriander, and salt. Pronounced GOES-UH.
WATERMELON GOSE 4.3%
Light German Wheat sour ale brewed with watermelon, coriander, and salt. Pronounced GOES-UH.
HOPPY BEERS
PALE ALE 5%
Single Hop classic West Coast Pale ale. Pine, citrus, but not too heavy. Cascade hops.
HIGH SIDE! IPA 6.5%
This West Coast IPA is crisp, citrusy, piney, and the perfect compliment to a day on the river. Stay in the boat! Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe hops.
DEPTHFINDER SESSION IPA 4.2%
Single Hop light IPA with plenty of tropical and citrus flavor and aroma. Mosaic hops.
SPACE GUIDE JUICY IPA 6.2%
Our take on the new style of IPA's. A little hazy, very juicy, and big tropical fruit notes. Sultana, Bravo, and Simcoe hops.
SAWATCH RED ALE 5.8%
Inspired by the mountains we love to play in, this Red Ale is has a toasty and full malt backbone, yet is hopped more aggressively than a traditional Red. Cascade hops.
GUAVA IPA 6.5%
West Coast IPA brewed with Guava puree. Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe hops.
DOUBLE IPA 8%
Lots of malt, lots of hops, for those that prefer a kick in the pants with their beer. Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe hops.
BLACK IPA 6%
Classic West Coast IPA brewed with dark malt to create a roasty, dark beer/hoppy IPA balance. Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe hops.
MALTY/DARK BEERS
AUBURN ALE 5.8%
One of the very first recipes brewed on-site that is still a staff favorite! This Amber Ale is a little toasty, hints of spice, and pleasantly hopped.
MAIBOCK 5.4%
Maibock is a traditional Bavarian Lager, on the lighter side of traditional German Bocks. Full of flavor and evenly hopped.
PUMPKIN ALE 5.7%
Amber beer brewed with real Pumpkin and lightly spiced with Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove, Ginger, and Allspice.
DUNKEL 4.7%
Traditional German dark lager. Roasty, toasty notes for an overall light drinking lager.
WOODY's AMBER LAGER 4.4%
American Amber Lager. Slight toast flavor and pleasantly hopped with classic Cascade hops.
CHINGON! DARK MEXICAN LAGER 5.1%
Inspired by thirst quenching lagers from Vienna to Mexico, this brew pairs perfectly with our Salida lifestyle. Served with a lime, brown in color, easy drinking full flavor Lager.
BROWN ALE 4.5%
American style Brown Ale. Light brown color, malty yet easy drinking ale. Pleasantly hopped for full flavor balance.
STREET DOG PORTER 6%
Named for the numerous loose dogs running down the streets of Salida. This classic porter is rich with notes of coffee and chocolate, balanced with Cascade hops.
OLD SINCLAIR ALE 7.7%
This beer is a tribute to the building that is now home to Moonlight Pizz that was originally a Sinclair gas station. It is a classic English style Old Ale. Notes roasted malts, toffee and dried fruit. Hopped with traditional Noble hops: Fuggle and Perle.
WEE HEAVY 7.8%
Traditional Scottish Ale. High Alcohol, very malty complex flavored beer. Will warm you up on cold days.
BLACK HOLE IMPERIAL STOUT 9%
Brewed with 100% Colorado grown malt from our local maltster Proximity Malt. Very rich, roasty beer for those who like it dark.
BARREL AGED
DEVIL'S ARMCHAIR BELGIAN 8%
Wood's Whiskey barrel aged Belgian Golden Strong Ale. Classic belgain spicy and fruity character complimented with Noble hops and local honey. West of town you can see the Devil's Armchair in the extinct volcano of Mt. Ouray.
WOOD'S WHISKEY BARREL AGED BEERS
Once a year we will age the following beers in barrels for seasonal releases: WEE HEAVY SCOTCH ALE, OLD SINCLAIR OLD ALE, BLACK HOLE IMPERIAL STOUT
GIN BARREL AGED APRICOT MAIBOCK 5.6%
Our spring Maibock aged in gin barrel on top of apricot. Sounds strange, but it's amazing!
