  • Competitive Pay

    We know the dough is important (it’s not just for the pizza!). Most of our positions start at $12.32 per hour +tips, which typically averages out to be at least $25 per hour. Our food prep positions are non-tipped and start at $17 per hour. Shift Leaders make between $15 and $18 per hour, and our mangers can make anywhere from $48K per year to $70K per year.

  • Regular Pay Increases

    Our team members are evaluated on a yearly basis - and based on performance - they typically receive annual pay increases. We also perform random evaluations that can result in more pay increase opportunities throughout the year.

    Team members working an average of 32 hours per week or more, and who have been employed for at least two months, are eligible to participate in our health insurance program. Through Friday Health Plans, our employees can find quality, affordable health care for themselves and their families.   • Retirement Benefits

    We think it’s important to think about the future! So, after two months of employment, all Moonlight team members to participate in our Simple IRA program. This benefit is made possible through Ascensus, and Moonlight Pizza & Brewpub always matches a portion of the employee’s contribution.

    We’re so excited to be able to offer our team members a FREE Monarch season pass. To be eligible for this benefit, an employee must work at least 4 shifts per week for the entire ski season - including any holidays that may fall during that time.
