Colorado Tick-Borne Disease Awareness Association (COTBDAA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in August 2016 with the mission to elevate awareness of Lyme and other tick-borne diseases/conditions for Coloradans and throughout the Rocky Mountains through education, prevention, research and advocacy, including patient support.

Based in Salida Colorado, Colorado Tick-Borne Disease Awareness Association serves to elevate awareness and promote prevention activities in our local community and beyond. We provide patient resources and support regardless of where infections were acquired, and we advocate at the national level for definitive diagnostic tests, prevention tools, physician education, and patient access to care.
