To provide financial aid to community events, humanitarian efforts and people in need due to unforeseen circumstances within our local geographic area.

Our main source of funding is through Monarch employee voluntary payroll deductions which Monarch Mountain then matches. Since our inception in 2004, we have given more than $237,000 back to our community.
