Mission Statement: Monarch Community Outreach (MCO) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization associated with Monarch Mountain and its employees that provides aid and service to our local community.

Assistance funds are provided by Monarch Employee payroll contributions, fundraisers (such as Moonlight Monday) and through donations from individuals. For this year (2021) we hope to give $40,000 in assistance to individuals in need, and to organizations that enhance our local community. "Local" is defined, primarily, as the areas in, around and between Salida, Buena Vista and Monarch Mountain.
