Mission Statement: Salida Concerts, Inc. is a non-profit, community funded organization that brings world renowned, professional musicians to chaffee county. Our mission is to provide high quality musical experiences for all citizens regardless of age, gender, and socio-economic status, and to continue to cultivate a love for musical expression and the classical music art form.

Organization Info: For over 40 years Salida Concerts, Inc. has produced world-class classical music concerts (contracted through the Aspen School and Music Festival) at affordable prices, including free tickets for k-12 students. We develop younger audiences through our student passport program, Longfellow Elementary School concerts and teacher grants for music lessons and supplies. Concerts are presented in the Salida High School Auditorium and the Salida Steam Plant Event Center. Always appreciative, our enthusiastic audiences bring performers, like Joyce Yang and the American Brass Quintet, back to Salida year after year.
