This Moonlight Monday, we’re supporting Central Colorado Conservancy, an organization dedicated to protecting the lands, waters, and quality of life that make Central Colorado special.

Through conservation easements, land stewardship, agricultural resilience programs, and watershed restoration, Central Colorado Conservancy works to balance growth while preserving the natural resources our communities depend on.

When you dine at Moonlight on January 19, you’re helping protect open spaces, working lands, and healthy watersheds for future generations.

Moonlight Monday Benefiting Central Colorado Mountain Riders

Join us for Moonlight Monday in support of Central Colorado Mountain Riders (CCMR), an all-volunteer off-road motorcycle club dedicated to maintaining trails, advocating for responsible recreation, and preserving existing riding opportunities.

CCMR works hands-on to maintain trails and collaborate with land managers to ensure continued access for riders while protecting the surrounding environment.

Your meal at Moonlight helps support trail stewardship and outdoor recreation in our region.

Moonlight Monday Benefiting Arkansas River Watershed Collaborative

This Moonlight Monday supports the Arkansas River Watershed Collaborative (ARWC), a nonprofit working across Colorado’s Arkansas River Basin to reduce wildfire risk, restore rivers and forests, and strengthen community resilience.

Through partnerships and on-the-ground action, ARWC protects the natural resources that support our communities, agriculture, and outdoor recreation.

Moonlight Monday on March 2 supports The Colorado Trail Foundation, the primarily donor-funded and volunteer-built nonprofit that has built and maintained the Colorado Trail since 1976.

STP brings professional-quality theater to our community while providing paid internships for young artists ages 15–25. In just three years, they’ve worked with 22 local youth, creating opportunities for artistic growth and expression.

This Moonlight Monday supports the Colorado Tick-Borne Disease Awareness Association (COTBDAA), a nonprofit dedicated to education, prevention, research, advocacy, and patient support related to Lyme and other tick-borne diseases.

Through awareness and outreach, COTBDAA works to improve health outcomes and empower individuals and families across Colorado and beyond.
